Well, the phrase "not practical" is pretty useless when it comes to dreams. Dreams are impractical. Dreams are impractical because until they are made into reality, they are only ideas. That means that all of our dreams are still on the drawing board, waiting for us to make them real.

And if we want to make our dream real, we can't worry about whether it's practical or not. We have to worry instead about how many parking spaces there are at the end of the day.
